3. User Accounts

If you create events on Mintberry, you agree to:

• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for your events
• Handle refunds and cancellations in accordance with your stated policies
• Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and concerns

4.2 Event Content

You are solely responsible for all content, materials, and information you post or provide in connection with your events. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you post
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content is accurate and not misleading
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

4.3 Fees and Payments

Mintberry may charge fees for certain features and services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the Service.

5. Event Attendees

5.1 Registration and Tickets

When you register for an event or purchase tickets:

• You agree to provide accurate registration information
• You acknowledge that ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the organizer
• You understand that event details may change, and organizers will notify you of significant changes
• You agree to comply with event rules and venue policies

5.2 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual event organizers. Mintberry is not responsible for refund decisions made by organizers. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you may be entitled to a refund according to the organizer's stated policy.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. Mintberry is not responsible for payment processing errors or issues.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Resell or transfer tickets in violation of organizer policies

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
